Frequently Asked Questions

What you can find here and how to use the guides.

What is OnimushaGuide.com, and how can it help me?

OnimushaGuide.com is an independent, unofficial guide website for Onimusha: Way of the Sword. You can find story walkthroughs, puzzle solutions, Oni Cloth routes, interactive maps and combat explanations, alongside platform and edition information. Use it to work out your next objective, get past a specific obstacle, find a marked location or understand a game mechanic. Browse by topic or look up a specific mission in the guide index.

Where should I start if I am stuck on a mission or puzzle?

Open Walkthroughs to follow the published story guides in order, or use Puzzles & Route Help for a specific obstacle. If you know the mission or item name, use the site search or All guides to find the relevant article.

How do the interactive maps and checklists work?

Choose an available area map, search marked locations and filter points by category. You can check off your finds to track progress. Your checklist is saved in the browser you use, so it does not automatically sync between devices and may be lost if you clear browser data.

Does the site cover the entire game?

Coverage is still being expanded. The guide index lists the articles currently available, and the story walkthrough is an updating series. A missing guide does not mean that a mission, item or location does not exist in the game.

How can I tell whether a guide covers the full game or the demo?

Guide pages are labelled Full game, Demo or Official reference where applicable. Check that label and the Last updated date before following an article. Demo guides remain available as a separate reference and may not describe the full game.
